but, totalgirls... who create it.. you know admin said that it's allow too by using paint!! just save it by :: .PNG so the graphic will not get blurred!

Thank you for reading my post about the .BMP compared to .PNG , BianX. And you can just make any graphic Hilary Duff like an icon or something (but by you).
