I've already post the code of it and how to save the file by using .ani or .cur on the end

To get this straight......
You must have a cursor that is saved in .avi or .cur
You cant save a jpg file and replace jpg with .avi or .cur coz it wont work at all.

.ani is for aminated cursor while .cur is for non-aminated cursor.I know how to make a cursor.But do not kno how to upload it.I only can give you a tutorial. 
Design your own cursor in any of the graphic program.
Once you are happy with it,go to file and click on save as.Then save it is _____.cur or ani.ani is for aminated cursor but cur is for non-aminated cursor.
After that click save.
PS:Don't care about the bmp,jpg an all.Juz put .cur or .ani at the ending.
Now you have maked and saved your cursor in your PC and now it is time to upload.I think Freewebs.com can do the uploading.
