Link to Off-Site Avatar..Where is it?

I know that ASC doesn't have that but can you please have that?Well,I won't be putting up big pictures.But my computer has so many pictures.I can't hold on cause of the memory.So can you please have that one?

2.Go down until you reach Avatar control panel.
3.See that there is no link to off-site avatar here in ASC.
4.What I mean to say is im suggesting to have that
