I wasn't sure where to post this topic but since it's about graphics, I guess this should be the right place.

I have recently borrowed some Photoshop CS2 books from the library (the new Bishan one, if you must know) and decided to try out this thing called Manipulation.

I'm interested in trying to do human hair, but you can also manipulate other things like faces, lips, bodies, or even plants and trees. It's like painting on stuff in Photoshop. It's good to use a PC Tablet (Search WiKipedia for that if you don't know what it is) so you can draw better. And you can manipulate lotsa things.

Anyways here's my first attempt at hair >.< Base Model from devaintART.

I know it looks awful! But, first attempt, you know? =) It took me, like, 1 and a half hours to do.

xD Well... Oops, I guess I smudged the hair too much, all that time drawing the hair strands =O anyway i'll be doing one more soon, ya? =)

Well I didn't resize it so that I could keep the quality and the fineness of the hair. Well, it just looks better in its original form =)
