How to make a Image Turner

I made this by tiling a pic of Hilary Duff

Steps:
1.Find a pic of Hilary Duff (must be either square or rectangle)

2.Go to paint and open a new folder.

3.Go to that thing above and click Edit.

4.Then click paste from.

5.Then something there will appear named"My pictures".

6.Click on the Hilary Duff image.

7.By the way you have to click the tool in the toolBar called select,NOT THE FREE FORM SELECT(hint :SELECT is right under edit but its on the toolbar)

8.right click on the WHOLE image then Press COPY.

9.After that right click again then click on paste.

10.For the first one ,just leave it on one corner.For the second one right click it then press INVERT COLORS.

11.Do this alternately and side by side.
