How can I grow taller?

It's a question for all.

'HOW CAN I GROW TALLER'.

I'm a short girl myself and I'm trying my hardest to grow as tall as possible but seems like nothing is helping me out.

Can anyone give me some tips?
I'm actually dying for them.

Oh yeah, you guys should also be more free to give your experiences and everything!

when i was six, i was soo short back then!! i tried my vitamins but it didn't work!! then my dad told me to drink milk everyday so i did and now, i'm as tall as my mom and i'm even taller than most of my teachers!!

My mom said that!! I guess it's true!! I'll start drinking milk!! I wanna be tall so badly!! My dad said if you swim and play basketball you'll get taller. But I dont play those sports I play other sports. And jumping makes you taller too!! At least that's what my auntie said... And eat lots of calcium.

And dont take drugs to get taller. Drugs like those have BAD side effects!! My friend's auntie took some drugs to make her skinnier. She did get skinny but she got REALLY short. Icon_emotions5

i've heard that u can get taller also by cycling. n it's a good excersize too! even better than swimming.

I dont think anything helps.
It depends about your family.
If your mom or dad was short, then you must be short too.
If not, then maybe your grandparents are.

But, I learned that GROW FOODS can make you tall and etc.
Like fish, milk, meat etc.
But Im not sure if it works.
I had a cousin who was short and wanted to be taller.
I asked her if she was eating Grow Foods and she says yes.
(Ya, it is. They eat fish almost everyday Icon_favorites49

)

So I wont think it wont work.

If u already reached pubertry start streching n excercising before ur bones fuse!! And then u cant grow!

My friends are always like "Irah you're soo short!!" Trust me,its annoying and frustrating.Well..actually they're not that tall too.Just a lil bit taller then me.But my best friends,they like to annoy ppl.LOLS .
My parents say that sometimes too.My mom keeps on askin me to jump when i wake up.I don't believe in all that but sometimes i do it anyway just to please her LoL.
Milk???No way for me.I don't DRINK plain milk.Well..unless its in those baby bottles and its hot milk and then I go sucking it.Hahas..no that was a long time a go.Only choco milk for me please!Or banana or strawberry but NO plain milk!
I gave up figuring out what to do to grow taller a long time ago.When I was in nursery and stuff,I was the tallest in class!LoL.I guess we all have good and bad times..Wish I'd grow taller too,but what can I do?
Anyway i'm not desperate to grow tall so I'll just wait.....xD

Take it from the tall girl! Just kidding. Okay, I'm rather tall. Taller than most Filipinos. In malls, my cuz and I have a game: find a person taller than me and you win the bet. I always win!

Anyway, lots of sleep! Lucky you if it's in your genes!

During vacation, just grab a book. Sleep...
Surf the inet then sleep.
TV, sleep.
Food, sleep.

That's all I do.
