Can anyone make a club badge for me?

I think this is the right place. I dont know where i can request for my club badge. I request Hui Xian, TheALLSTARSCLUB DigiArts but there's nothing. I like to request a club badge that has a picture of Rachel Bilson and has the text " Im a member of Rachel Bilson " You can also help me with the club! =)
