You can make one and code it with programs like Adobe GoLive etc. etc. Or you can take a ready made ones from sites. Or you can request, I know a site that takes Layout requests.

If not, you can go to oswd.org and see some there... but they are all coded in CSS so it's a little difficult to customize. Alternatively, you can make your own... just design, slice and code =] OR you can get me to do it LOL!
