The 41-year-old woman, identified only as Madam Tan, alleged she was hypnotised into submitting herself to the so-called medium.
Within six months, she went to bed with him 51 times. Not only that, the medium, known to her as Chong, charged her RM20 to RM50 as ritual fee per session.
After several sessions, Chong went a step further. He asked Tan and her family to shift out of their home to a place nearer his because her house was “filled with evil spirits.”
Getting bolder later, he moved in with Tan and her family in their new house.
Tan’s husband, who did not know what was going on, did not object as he believed this could help his wife who had been constantly falling ill since October last year.
The medium also gave an emerald talisman to Tan’s three-year-old daughter, purportedly for protection.
Tan’s husband only knew about the matter after he found out that she was taking contraceptive pills. Realising what the medium had been up to, he chased Chong out of the house.
The medium then threatened to put a curse on the family.
Yesterday, the couple and their child came to the office of MCA public service and complaints department head Datuk Michael Chong to seek his help.
Michael believes there were many victims of such mediums. He urged them to be brave and come forward to expose the culprits.
“Many victims are afraid to reveal this dark secret. We really hope these women will step forward and I promise to treat their case confidentially,” he added.

I heard stories like that where the women will seek mediums for their personal worries and some got tricked into stuffs like that. It's so sick that some of these mediums abuse their 'power'.

What i don't get is when these mediums abuse their power & all, it comes all over the papers mostly & yet people go to these same mediums!!WHY?

I always liked any stories with Phycics. Is that guy really a medium ??
Poor lady. being tricked into something like that. She must feel so emmbarrased.

embaressed?i think scared and worried is a better way to describe how the lady is feeling.its very scarey after i have read it.i wonder what happened after the king of seven gods have put a curse to her family!
so,what happened after that hui xian?any news lately?hope to hear more from that piece of news!thanks for sharing it with us!  hope to hear more if there is more to the story! |

I don't know what become of that woman. My dad has a super inborn capability to 'sees' things too and he never want to be known as a psychic for that reason.
He worked in a different field using his inner senses but sometimes he is approached by strangers seeking his help to solve their problems. He said he could easily abuse his power but it's God's gift, so he would help that person if he has too. Most mediums and psychics need to earn a living, so they will make the people coming to see them again and again each week. Most ask for money but I guess some think it should come with sexual favors too. Sick!
Dad said when people seek advises with the mediums or pyschics, they are desperate and want an answer to their problems. In some countries like Malaysia, people do believe in the psychic world. It just they have to be careful what kind of psychic they are going to see. After all, these psychics are also humans.

Oh I see....
Does you're dad charge ??
I like watching a show called Sensing Murder. It's about unsolved murders, and phycics try and solve them. Though they never catch the murderer. Cus it's not the time yet.
