you cannot do glitters at Draw Plus,and why do you put it at HTML help!!!!

It's not really easy to tell how to create Glitter Text by NO pictures.
You have to learn PSP MORE.
And YES, Animation Shop is EXTREMELY needed.

Well,She doesnt know glitter..so I gave her another way in Making text cool and uh...Cool! (lol)

Draw Plus is not a very good program. I'm using it currently because it's the only choice. And you cannot make glitter text there. It's only basicly a program for drawing but not that good.
I dunno about this but.... you should try finding 'Noise' for text in PSP X. That might work.

oh aand Adobe Photoshop CS2 is just awesome!!
