I think you mean frames. You can try Angelkizz Scroll down to the tutorials section and click HTML codes. At the right side, you will see a submenu. There will be 2 on frames. There is a code generator and FAQ section. Hope this helps! ;)

Yeah.. That Frames Ailyne. You can learn them at www.lissaexpalins.com under HTML Section. The best type of Frames are iFrames. Thats wat I used for my site (www.freewebs.com/lilbrowniej) and alot of other sites aswell like Twin Designs etc.
