If you can't find a solution yourself, then you have to get adult help or friends help. I think your mom or teacher will think you are a responsible child because you ask for help. Imagine keeping quiet and then that boy tries some nonsense stuffs to get your attention.
Have you ever tell the boy to stop following you? Maybe you can tell him you mean it and threaten to tell your mom or teacher. _________________
