Tips for a healthy hair:
- dont wash your hair all the time
- dont use curling irons, blowers, straiteners if not needed(they can damage your hair)
- take enough vitamins ( not only your body needs vitamines but you hair needs it too)
- rub your hair when u take a bath to remove dandraffs

why?? What bad thing will happen cuz sometimes I wash it with hot water.

I always shower in hot water and wash my hair too in hot water. Why can't you wash hair in hot water? What happen if you want to wash your hair in the cold winter weather?
My experience- Don't bleach your hair! I had a blond strip and later on they have split ends. =(
