dont go on a diet it will be unheaalthy for yr body dont believe me just ask a doctor or yr fave asc..hx!
u will starve!
u will keep on thinking about food u like!
u wil have not enough energy.
u could go on a diet for half a day then stop!no more!eat! |

| With my size, no!!! I tried and tried to eat more than 5 meals a day. It doesn't work! My mom said that I eat a lot but my weight is still the same. 2.... 30 KGS! |

No. Diet's Ok. You still eat but you have to ecxesrice and avoid fatty and cholesterol foods. That's my definition of diet. Diet doesn't neccesarilly mean 'NO EAT'. You just need to ecxersice. =)
