Zahrah, do you take cold shower in the morning before school? Me? NEVER!!! Hot shower especially in the morning since my room is air conditioned it is so chilly to shower cold.

I don't take cold shower unless I am playing water on my balcony. I only take a bath occasionally and when I am sick. Lots of hot water with a German bath medicine for cold.
