Its so easy!
Firstly you save two pictures, on the picture toolbar thingy drag the two pictures. One must overlap the other. Then make the feather 26, select a strip of the overlaping picture. Next click delete and then drag the overlapping picture somewhere so it looks like it blends ^^ Your done!

Where I live its only 100 dollars..or is that bad?
Maybe you should ask your mom/dad, thats what I did (well I do that for everything but sometimes it doesn't work xD).
