I love this movie!But there are so many bad words in it!Eventhough it is rated 18 in HBO..Weird..

I LOVE "MEAN GIRLS"
You can look at the movies in many different ways but here's my version of it:
The story tells of a homeschooled girl who suddenly is going to a normal school. This is a very new environment to her because before that she has only herself to compete, she doesn't really know what competition means because her life is basically sheltered by human emotions like jealousy, hatred, competitions, materialism, and so on.

She started getting a huge exposure of it when confronted by the MEAN GIRLS. She started feeling what it's like being a geek. She started having friends who tell her what she should do and she thought it was right.

However when she was turned over to become one of the MEAN GIRLS, she started liking all the attentions the school is giving her. Being in the limelight and have this over powering feeling of controlling everyone. That's when her 'geek' friends started seeing the change in her and disliking it.

The BURN BOOK was something she initially thought was funny. She wasn't careful with what she said, she didn't want to be excluded from the group - she dug herself in by adding her version of it in the book. That eventually lead her to a lot of trouble.

She became an outcast with nobody who want to trust her anymore. Her parents wanted to keep her back home but still, deep inside her lies a girl who is really nice and respectful. She proofed it by admitting she wrote about her teacher, even though she might probably asked to leave the school for good. She stood firm, swallowed her pride, gritted her teeth and suffered them all because she knew she was wrong, that she has gone overboard and became a person she really wasn't.

At the end, she realized the truth and when she was crowned Queen of the Prom she shared the glory with everyone.

This is not a bad movie at all. It teaches us how we can get trapped into something we thought we want. Being popular in school is every kid's dream but popular doesn't mean you have to be mean. She had to learn it in a tough way that her behaviors hurt many people. That some of the words are offensive just show us the real world - kids say that in school nowadays. I know them too but I don't say them out. Some kids think it's cool to scold someone with those crude language but I feel when you know for yourself what is good and bad, you'll be okay.

I highly recommend this show to anyone. Look at it from my point of you so maybe you can agree with me too! Icon_emotions16
