Okay first you need 2-3 pictures,I used these 2 pictures:
1-

Okay then next click "Open" then choose one of the pictures that you wanted,then after that press "Edit" then "Paste From" then choose the other picture that you wanted,then put the two pictures together then you have a blend!!! Mine came out like this:
You can also put borders and other things,I edited my blend with Photo Impression 4,this is how it looks like:
If you don't get it just tell me.
-When you want to find a site that has a gallery of the celebrity that you want in your blend,it's best to search in google (Celeb Name) Photoshoot
(This advice was from Steffi,Thanks sooo Much!!!)
-It's best to choose two pictures that have similar backgrounds so it will really look like it will blend in together.
