Well I THINK Jasc is ok (although im not sure if its the right program i talking about)
But I kindda use Adobe Photoshop CS2

I reccomend Adobe Photoshop. the graphics are good but it 's hard to make. Paint Shop Pro is also good and easy but it's not as good. If you're not sure, read this ARTICLE
I have been reserching about these things for a long time. Most peopel have said that if you would only like to have fun and fiddle around, Paint Shop Pro is the answer. But if you're serious and would like to be a pro, you should buy Adobe Photoshop.
The price
Paint Shop Pro- $70-$100
Photoshop- $600-$800
Am I right ?? corrct me if I'm wrong.

you know I saw at neopets they give the URL of free programs,others are 30 days free trial.. but I saw Adobe Ill. is unlimited.. I think ..
