Cath's Cursor tutorial

Catherine OR SmileyC made a tutorial about making cursors.It was in the wrong forum because in the past we didnt have these forums you see and post in now.So, I searched for it again when i remembered she made it then I will post it here.

NOTE:
I edited a few things but It is still ©Catherine

Cursor Tutorial:

First download a program called IconArt from www.lissaexplains.com.

Just make a simple star for now. You might know some of the tools cus it looks like the ones in paint.

Then save it by clicking the 'save current icon as cursor'.

See the thingy there ?? Well that's where poeple are gonna click when they use your cursors. So make sure they're not at the bottom.

Now go to www.filehigh.com and make a new account, host your cursor and it's done !! Simple as that !!

Here's the code by the way !!
