no don't "save it for web" or save it a PSD if you want a image and not an editing file.
You click on "save as" and when your there you'll get a normal pop up file box kinda thing to pick where you want to save it. Now below the box where you write the name of the file you can see a box with like PSD something or something. Click on that and look for JPEG if it's a none animated file. After that click okay if you've named it already or something and then another pop up box will come and just click okay. =D Hope that helps XD
